Hotel receptionist (if not mistaken, Wiktoria), was friendly and helpful. We got room at the 4th floor, with nice balcony and good view to church. Room really comfortable, good in size and we even found telescope in our room to watch starts :) really one of the best hotels, that we have stayed in Poland. Well equipped, with small minibar, water bottles, decent bathroom toiletries.

Very well thought-through what travellers need, half-board particularly good idea. The Lithuanian food was amazing! Flat in excellent shape.
