Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property situated on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. The hotel features a permanent archaeological exhibition, as well as modern facilities, like an indoor pool, restaurant, massage room and Turkish bath. As a history buff, the best part of this hotel was that there was a museum with Roman ruins right inside! The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the best restaurants, shops, and museums. We didn't have breakfast included so only had it twice but both times it was delicious and plentiful, with many selections. The staff was great as well, especially Bruno who was so helpful throughout our stay!

At the gym guests have a full specialist support. The hotel features indoor and outdoor parking, with paid electrical vehicle charging stations. Pickup from the airport was very fast, so was checkin. Drive from the airport 2 minutes. My requests to prepare a room fitting my situation ( allergies) was taken care off . The road in front of the hotel below is very busy, but they have great sound insulation. Beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is great, spacious, very nice and efficient waiters. Food and wines are amazing , especially for an airport hotel. Free breakfast buffet is abundant, very good food! All staff is very friendly
