Very short notice booking for my daughter who was stranded at Joburg airport (missed connection flight). Hotel were straight back to me after the booking with details for the shuttle pick up. Driver name, picture, car reg and photo, exact location and how to get there from the arrivals hall. Very nice buffet dinner and a breakfast included. Next morning took her back to the airport with clear directions where she should go. Can’t thank them enough, and excellent value.

They gave us the biggest room near the the reception and the restaurant because my husband is disabled without charging us any extra fees.. they were or are very generous. All out for every extras in the whole hotel. Amazing what they do for one to feel comfortable!!!

Villa Reis - The Villa of Kings Hotel & Spa bevindt zich in Bedfordview, op 7,7 km van Observatory Golf Club, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een restaurant en een bar. We stayed here for two nights after spending 19 days driving around Namibia and wanted somewhere to relax and sort ourselves out before a long journey home. We didn't arrive until 2100 but it was no problem and the night managers were very welcoming. We were in the Diamond Grande Suite which is huge. Very comfortable lots of space for luggage, comfortable lounge sofa and chairs, large desk and a fridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There is an A la carte menu for for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great choices and wonderful food. The Bedford Centre mall is less than 10mins away and while the Villa offers a laundry service we went to Wizard of Wash Laundry at the Centre which has self service machines. Such a wonderful peaceful property.
