Kruger Gate Hotel is a fantastic location right at the entrance to Kruger Park, making it incredibly convenient for wildlife enthusiasts. We took a safari organized by the hotel and were thrilled to see all the animals from the Big Five. The pool is wonderful and offers a stunning view of the river, where we had the unique opportunity to see elephants, antelopes, hippos, and giraffes coming right up to the edge.

Offering views of the Crocodile River and Kruger National Park, Kambaku River Lodge is a privately-owned lodge with game viewing opportunities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kambaku. The staff were friendly and always there if we needed something or had a question. It was peaceful and tranquil, which let us relax. They offer spectacular views of the Crocodile River and wildlife - even had some lions visit. Very accommodating, food to die for and extra special was the packed breakfast for our early departure to the park. Cannot wait to visit again.

A great reserve with excellent guides, the staff is very nice. We really liked the special rooms. Except for a rhino that is not in reserve, we saw all the other big 5 and even cheetah. An excellent way to start a safari trip and learn about the animals.
