The Value for money is great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The view of sea view rooms is outstanding. The food is simple but tasty.

I stayed at the hotel from June 28th to July 8th and was totally amazed. First of all, the professionalism of personnel, they all speak fluently English, German, Greek (of course) and occasionally other languages. I would like to thank all of them and especially Katerina who gave me the best room ever with the sea view, and always assisted in anything I asked for. All personnel is super friendly and it feels like you are a special guest. The hotel location is beautiful but a bit tough to get to from Heraklion by city bus. The driver missed the stop Sfakaki (you should tell him in advance where to stop and also remind). I traveled alone and didn't have a transfer, on the way back I had to order a private taxi which was a bit pricey. But other tourists especially from Germany had transfers (big bus that picked them up) depending on their tour agency agreements I guess. The room was very neat and clean, the ladies change towels once per 3 days and wash the floor every day that I didn't see in other hotels (that's bravo!). The sea was sometimes warm and sometimes cool depending on the wind direction. You should watch the color of the flag on the beach - green and yellow is OK with some waves, red - storm, you can't swim, the guard usually signals about that. But anyway the sea is wonderful. The food was good, I had HB, and I liked the dinners more because of meals variety. The drinks are served at separate price. There is a supermarket just 4 minutes walk from the hotel where you can find EVERYTHING from fresh fruits to women hygiene goods and children toys. Usually I bought white wine at the supermarket, one bottle 0.75l only 6 euro (White Sail), very delicious. And local beer is also nice. The beach bar offers delicious food also, I loved tuna salad and gyros pita (7 and 4 euros respectively). The beach is nice but the deckchair and the umbrella costs 5 euro per person.

Everything was perfect! Marina was the best host possible! Location is the best in the city and the view was great.

Phenomenal hotel, view and staff. We loved everything during our stay, absolutely no issues, quiet adult only space, beautiful design of the building, view from balcony is breathtaking. In august parking was no issue, free parking on the streets all around, restaurant across the road on the edge of a cliff with good quality food and drinks, just perfect service, but also more expensive. To Peninsula quad safari 5min by foot.
