It was centrally located, quite charming and a great staff. Very pleased with ability to park inside walls safely. We had lovely breakfasts and everything was close-by.

A nice hotel with a classic Italian feel to it. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. An unusually spacious room with a comfortable bed, and an unusually good breakfast for a hotel of this class. Very convenient location for a short visit to Lucca - we dropped our bags, and were in the historic city just a few minutes after our train arrived. Excellent value for money. We will remember this hotel!
