The location is just perfect next to the shopping street (which we didn't realise at the time of booking) and also the tram lines, that take you anywhere in the city. The onsen there is well maintained and has two kinds of warm pools; carbonated and normal. The beds were super comfy with pillows that were best so far on our journey. You can get free tea and coffee in the lobby, with comfortable seats. Overall the stay was the best use of money that we have spent on our trip.

Loved everything about it! The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything , with entrance from a big roofed shopping street. Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable bed, bathroom with tub. Would absolutely stay there again!! It's a short walking distance to several temples and shrines, to the Oura church and Glover garden, and not to forget the river with beautiful bridges, kois, birds and turtles, it is the perfect place for a morning stroll, taking the steps down to the water and walk along the river. The tramway has a stop right outside and it takes you everywhere worth going.

The best hostel in Nagasaki!!! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and fun to talk with. The accommodation was brand new, top tier, and very modern. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've stayed in any hostel. I highly recommend Hotel Uro 10/10!!!

First thing to know about this hotel is that it is clearly a budget hotel. With reasonable expectations and a good price it is definitely ok. The locations is ok, and the breakfast is ok with the odd highlight but certainly nothing special. It also has good vending machines and a well priced self service laundry area. The staff are friendly even if there main purpose is to guide you through the self check in.

Probably the best budget hotel I've stayed at in Japan. Centrally located, absolutely clean and comfortable and with all the amenities. Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed and aircon that blows nice and cold. Sento is basic but very polished and nice to have. Overall excellent value.
