I loved the staff - Alaa helped me and my friend a lot with taxis, bookings and tips. Everyone was very attentive, overall had a great experience and would definitely recommend. Rooms were spacious and luxurious and very clean. I liked the swimming pool and the breakfast.

I would like to thanks so much mr ahmed abdulrahman, if i am right he is the front office manager,very nice ,polite,very helpful person,really he make my stay very comfortable, anything you ask he will answer and by details,really thank you so much mr ahmed. Everything is perfect ,also the location,you can see the kuwait towers from the room which is fantastic,breakfast is perfect with many,different, options. Very clean and quite hotel and room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The team was very welcoming and professional, especially Fadi at the reception, who made us feel right at home. They responded quickly to all my requests and went above and beyond by allowing my family and me to check in early at 10:30 AM instead of the usual 2 PM. The hotel apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect—conveniently surrounded by many shops. Considering the quality and service, the price is very reasonable. Thank you very much for the great experience. I will definitely come again and recommend this place to my friends.

I like the Grand masjid restaurants and coffee shops is closed to the hotel was located near of everything and I would liked mina whose in oasis reception the way he deal with me with respectful honest and smooth character
