I looooved my stay! Location of this hotel is perfect. It’s in quiet place but if someone wants a night life, it’s only 15mins away from it. The stuff was amazing! My big thanks belong to waiters named Ramiro😌! He was always in good mood, always very very helpful! As for the kitchen there, the food was very sooo delicious!!! I wanted to eat everywhere but I always ended up eating in a hotel because it was just yummy! I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely return here!!

A Memorable Stay at Riu Palace Las Americas – Cancun’s Gem Choosing a hotel in Cancun can be overwhelming—the options seem endless. For our recent 3-night stay, we explored numerous websites and read plenty of reviews before finally deciding on Riu Palace Las Americas – All-Inclusive, Adults Only. Although we were initially skeptical about the food due to a few negative reviews, our actual experience far exceeded expectations—it was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel excels in every aspect. The “unlimited drinks” promise doesn’t mean watered-down cocktails or low-tier liquor. On the contrary, the bar serves premium options like Johnnie Walker Black Label. No matter where you are—by the pool, in the lounge, or on the beach—staff are attentive and frequently offer drinks with a warm smile. The generosity of the hotel in both food and beverage service is remarkable. The breakfast buffet is world-class. I’m usually cautious with buffets, but here everything was freshly prepared and delicious. I especially enjoyed the fried fish, which was cooked to perfection. For dinner, we tried their Black & White steakhouse, and both the beef and salmon steaks were outstanding. I even had the opportunity to try meats I had never tasted before—duck, turkey, and pork—all prepared with finesse. Our suite was massive, featuring a large bed, two cozy sitting areas, and a balcony overlooking the lively main pool. The atmosphere around the pool was electric—guests laughing, enjoying drinks from the aqua bar, and soaking in the vacation vibe. Entertainment was another highlight. One evening featured an impressive Michael Jackson tribute show, and on another day, we joined a jungle pool party at a neighboring Riu resort, where guests from all Riu properties came together for a wild, fun-filled afternoon. The hotel boasts four fine dining restaurants—Italian, Mexican, Japanese, and the steakhouse. Even during peak hours, we never waited more than 30 minutes.
