The room itself was clean, comfortable and well-equipped for our stay. The pool was inviting and much enjoyed. The view was spectacular, but why simply look at the ocean when you can cross the street and walk beside it on a clean, beautiful, uncrowded beach where we encountered only sea birds and a few friendly fellow beach walkers? Wow what a great place to stay!

Nomads Magnetic Island hostel is situated on the beach of Magnetic Island, only 20-minutes by ferry from Townsville. All room types are cleaned daily, with all beds made with fresh clean linen. There are very friendly and helpfull people. The lodges are beautiful, quite big and clean. They have everyday a nice evening program. Great location; a bus stop 20m in front of the Nomads.
