The hotel was beautiful. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Dinner were also very tasty, certainly nice to eat. They had a little toy area that my daughter enjoyed, and even let us borrow some sleighs so she could have fun in the snow.

They are very good hosts. We felt comfortable and welcomed. The building is beautiful! The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant offers delicious food and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel!

Luxury Guest House Europe biedt accommodatie in Dolna Banya. De accommodatie biedt het hele jaar door hot tubs in de openlucht met mineraalwater, een sauna en een stoombad. That was one of the best of accommodations ever. Plus swimming pools with the thermal water and sauna. In the morning there was a delicious breakfast with a big variety of food. Moreover, there was a breathtaking view outside of our window.

Although it was just one night before New Year, it was not crowded and everything we tried was of excellent quality and prepared deliciously.
