He professionally accompanied us from Salvador to another resort traveling for 6 hours speaking a perfect English. I recommend hotel and all the services provided .

The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage for guests. it was a great shame a beautiful hotel , but getting very tatty around the edges and not kept clean. we changed rooms once due to an issue then after unpacking found the shower was nothing other than a trickle. After an 8 hour drive we just could not be bothered changing rooms again. the floors in the corners mirrors etc were dirty and there was no sparkle about it whatsoever. the roof top pool and lounge area is lovely and we watched a nice sunset from there . a disappointing visit spoilt in particular by the shower and grime. massive room but had to walk 10 metres from bed to light switch as there was no bedside light. which seems ridiculous in this day and age , gor the sake of supplying a bedside lamp. The main led light in the room remained on, but dim , which was a pain when trying to sleep.
