The nice 1st floor room given us after I took a bad fall at the airport baggage before their shuttle took us to this new airport hotel. The staff was fantastic & & so attentive after realizing my ankle was injured. They quickly went into action & brought me a wheelchair. Also provided me with bandages to wrap my ankle along with a large bag of ice which certainly helped to keep the swelling down during the night. Next morning after I purchased crutches at a local DME store they loaned us the necessary tools to put it together. Centrally located in the city of Toronto, this hotel is 10 minutes' walk from the bustling Eaton Centre shopping mall and 2 minutes’ walk from College subway station. It was nice and clean, close to everything and great staff.
