All the Cottages are nestled around the Restaurant. The shadow for the Restaurant and the cottages coms from the palm trees and all of it is built on sand only. All this gives the Cottage a very cosy and beachy feeling that i loved. The staff is super friendly and talkative. Like in a old 5 star Hotel, they remember your name from the first day and get you in a friendly conversation every day. Thie freindliness you don't find often anymore these days.

Aggi and his team were wonderful, freindly, welcoming hosts.. they met us on arrival to let us into a clean, comfy, air conditioned house. The atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming. Breakfast was cooked for us on site, and was delicious and differed between days. We stayed an extra night as we liked it so much. Such a short walk to a beautiful beach with bioluminescent plankton, as well as shops and bars/restaurants. Lovely clean swimming pool behind, surrounded by beautiful wildlife. Lovely gardens. Flexible checkout was really appreciated. Such good value for money!

The location is amazing, it is a quieter part of Palolem near an almost-private small beach 3min walking from the hotel. The view from the upper rooms is stunning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good value (a bit cheaper than at nearby restaurants) and the other food is also tasty. I recommend having it on the balcony to enjoy the view (no view at the restaurant). The room had a big glass window so that one can enjoy the scenery from the bed. Monkeys jumped on the roof in the morning on some days, which is great for animal lovers. (We had one of the upper rooms.)

It is a very nice hotel in Beaulim, close to the beach. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, fulfilling any need we had. The room was clean and very large with a comfortable bed. The WIFI was working flawlessly.
