The location is perfect!! it is right on the main strip of the Main Street which is a block away from the city center. I was scared I would hear all the noise when sleeping but the windows are sound proof. The person at the front desk helped coordinate our rental car get picked up at the hotel for overnight parking, and also brought back at the hotel door…..this was excellent service and practical for anyone with a car.

Rooms are colourful and air conditioned, and each provided with a flat-screen TV, a work desk, and an en suite bathroom. A kettle and a selection of teas are available on request. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the train and a 12 minute walk to the entrance of the ruins. The breakfast buffet was in a beautiful room on the lower level, with everything you could ask for. There was a small shared patio on the upper floor, perfect for relaxing after hours of walking in the ruins. The location, on a side street was great, it was quiet and little smell of car exhaust. We got to the ruin when it first opened in the morning, so it was not crowded. The second day we took bus 808 to the stop at almost the top of the volcano, and walked along the top. We brought a picnic lunch there and enjoyed the view. The hotel had a small book exchange,

The pool was refreshing and again the views! Most importantly the staff were amazing. There was a free shuttle to town and back multiple times a day and the staff were very knowledgeable. The staff arranged local restaurants to pick you up and drive you to and from dinner. The property is immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. I really can’t say enough great things about this hotel. We were also able to purchase wine and had free croissants and coffee in the morning.
