The view from the room was pretty good as well, and the room was clean, and it got cleaned every day. The pool was awesome, but a bit cold(which is normal at this time of the year). I would definitely visit this place again if I have the chance! Staff showed professionalism and friendliness that I did not see anywhere else, and I've been to places. We were also surprised in the room with beautifully made towels and flowers over them. If you are thinking of staying here, go ahead and book it and stay. It is 100% worth it. Pick up and drop off service to Marina Grande was something we did not expect, but was very welcome! Props to Rafael, who was in the hotel 14 to 15 hours a day and addressed every question that we had. To Elena about her homemade cakes and banana bread, which were available at each breakfast. They have a wine cellar open 24/7, and you can pick a glass or a bottle. If you can't during the day, trust Rafael to pick you one. He knows what to pick. Stop reading, go book it!

The front desk is very nice and professional and very patient, she told us how to take bus to visit Grotta, the hotel is very close to bus stop, we take bus to Grotta early therefore aviod the crowd.

It is a 5-minute walk from the bus station, providing connections to the Faro Beach and Capri’s main attractions. Beautiful views from the terrace and the breakfastroom. The bus stop was close enough on a flat footpath and this is the end station so the bus to Capri was never full when you want to take it. The option of shuttle transport from/to the port.
