The room was clean, spacious, and stylish, with modern design, high-end electrical outlets, and a brand-new bathroom. Everything was quiet and comfortable, and the AC was excellent—perfectly cold during the hot summer. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the warm croissants and freshly brewed espresso. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

The Ravizza has its own private garden overlooking the countryside. A unique combination of an old charming palace with modern amenities and fantastic view - can highly recommend. The bed was probably the most comfortable we stayed in while traveling two months in Italy, good air condition, very good breakfast with a lovely garden with fantastic view.

This Etruria is run by the owners who can suggest excursions, museum trips and the best restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast is made with fresh, high quality ingredients. The room is very pleasant, well decorated, confortable and clean. The situation in the center is perfect and it is possible to park the car nearby in park P1. The host helps you to carry the luggage. It is quiet and there is a coffee bar at the top of the hotel. I have been very satisfied and recommand the location.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Santa Cecilia. A great location overlooking the marina and extremely comfortable apartment. Best of all is the private balcony and sunset views. Breakfast is also a highlight!
