Grilling out on our front porch was very fun and the heaters made it nice and warm even in winter. We enjoyed morning yoga, fire pit s'mores and the free drinks and mocktails from the garden kitchen. There is an incredible park within walking distance. So much fun!

This location is perfect for a secluded beach getaway. It was serene and tranquil. The staff were very helpful for anything I needed even with my limited Japanese proficiency. Checking in was very thorough and helpful with pictures and directions on how to maximize your stay. The room was spacious and beautiful and reasonably priced for the amenities. I was so excited waking up to the beach every morning. I will be staying again when I return to Yukuhashi. Photos do not do this location justice!

Communication with the host was perfect - clear instructions and timely response. Comfortable bed and futon in the loft. The neighborhood is also very nice, with restaurants, coffee shop, convenience stores, subway station very close. Also very quiet but still plenty of people around going about their lives.

The room was perfect for our family of five. It was very clean and comfortable, and we all had our own bed. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates and bowls, and the bathroom and shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The washing machine worked well. It was easy to use, and laundry soap was provided. There is an elevator to haul your luggage up to the third floor. However, the elevator takes you to the back door, which you cannot unlock from the outside. You have to use the stairs to enter the front door of the apartment. Then you can unlock the back door from the inside, and access the elevator. The location was great! It was a short 4-minute walk to the Gion train station, which is only one station away from Hakata Station. This made it very easy to use public transportation to get around the city.

We are frequent family travellers in Japan, and so far, this was the best apartment hotel for families or groups that we have stayed. It was a unique experience for us, particularly, the Japanese ambience and style located in the heart of a city which was also the best part of it. Every members of the family enjoyed every single day because if its comfort, with individual privacy and we were able to sleep well after a long day of tour and shopping. Beddings were clean, the AC worked well, 2 shower rooms with adequate water supply are perfect for groups not to keep us waiting. They have a small but complete kitchen, we were able to heat or cook our meals in the morning. Every detail of how it was designed and constructed was so efficient and the quality materials are impressive. They also have a lift and location of the apartment was just near the shopping areas and convenient stores.
