The lady at the reception with good command of English, and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage (also with good command of English) or extremely welcoming and helpful. They even helped us to book a cab for the next day. It was the best thing about the hotel. And the view is great, especially the garden behind the hotel.

The hotel features a public bath, a karaoke room and free WiFi at the lobby. Wonderful dinner, onsen, breakfast, views from the room. We loved our stay! The shuttle makes it very convenient to get to the hotel, but it's a lovely walk if you would like to walk a little bit. The shuttle also runs at night if you want to take a night walk to see the Miyajima views in the night lights!

The public bathroom is great and tattoo friendly. The view from the room is on the floating Tori and it was great. The staff is nice. They picked us up straight from the harbor you just need to ask.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice public bath. Great experience.
