The rooms are clean, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and some dumbbells. Breakfast is nice, though I wish they had ketchup! Secure parking is available. The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

Fantastic hotel in the historical area of San Cristobel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was the most comfortable we've had during our trip around Mexico. There are so many good restaurants and cafes nearby. About a 15 minute walk from the ADO bus station through the pretty streets. Exceptional value for money. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is a great hotel in a great location. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. Wifi and air conditioning worked well and we appreciated having ac in the hot month of May. It is very quiet at night, even though it's only a block or two to the restaurant area. Shower has hot water, towels are clean. We could store our luggage for a couple of hours before check-in which was very helpful.
