I had a fantastic stay at the Heritage Collection on Smith（booked the Chinatown one first and got a free upgrade to this one) Great location.The room was clean and very quiet, having a washing machine with a dryer function in the room was a great convenience in cloudy days. ​A special thank you to Yani, Mary, and Shannen for being so responsive on WhatsApp throughout my stay. They also helped keep my luggage safe after check-out and made it very easy for me to retrieve it later. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay in this studio-type room right in the heart of the city. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything just a short walk away. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. I also loved how easy it was to use the app to unlock the doors, smooth, quick, and hassle-free throughout my stay.
