Horský Hotel Srdiečko offers its services and a unique mountain atmosphere since 1958. The best part was the service of the staff. The spa and restaurant reception staff were all friendly and nice. I would like to thank the staff again.

Mestský Hotel Ďumbier biedt 3-sterrenaccommodatie bevindt zich in Brezno, op 27 km van Chopok-berg en 40 km van Muran. I had to leave early to catch a train at 7:00am, the breakfast didn't start until 07:30, but the staff made me a takeaway breakfast. Room was nice, overlooking the town square, nice view. Room was clean.

Penzion Eka bevindt zich in Brezno, op 15 km van Chopok-berg, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Cosy, clean, perfect for a ski trip with feiends! Very nice host!

Hotel Stupka wordt omgeven door het nationale park Lage Tatra en ligt in het skigebied Tale. Het biedt accommodatie met een wellnesscentrum, biljart, tafeltennis, darts en 2 tennisbanen. Breakfest was great,surrounding beautiful.

Hotel Bystrá*** ligt in een rustige omgeving op 2 km van het skicentrum Tale. The breakfast buffet and dinner changed from day to day and were excellent with a variety of choices. On our last night there was not the minimal number of guests needed to offer a full buffet so breakfast was downsized but we could order off the menu and the portions were immense. The pool area was wonderful (loved the lazy river) as was the sauna area which was accessible for a separate fee. Soft music and candles in both the pool and sauna areas made for a lovely relaxing atmosphere. North Americans may benefit from being advised in advance that bathing suits are not allowed in the sauna, steam room, or whirlpool tub in the sauna area. There is a lovely walking path along a bubbling brook steps from the hotel. The room was not large but had everything we needed including a mini fridge, and as always I love the fact that hotel windows open in Europe so one can sleep with fresh mountain air.

Het Red Deer Hotel ligt in een groene omgeving op 6 km van het centrum van de pittoreske stad Brezno.**** biedt u een ontspannen verblijf aan de voet van de Lage Tatra. Although we arrived shortly before closing time, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and kept the kitchen open!

Apartman #11 - Apartmanovy dom Ďumbier - Chopok Juh is gelegen in Tale, op minder dan 1 km van Chopok-berg, en biedt accommodatie met een terras, een restaurant, een bar en gratis WiFi. it was easy even if the lady told me very loudly - NOT ENGLISH.... Ok sorry ... she speaks a bit of Hungarian but it was difficult

Chata pod Chopkom bevindt zich in het dorp Bystrá, in de Lage Tatra. Het ligt op slechts 700 meter van de skipistes van Mýto pod Ďumbierom en op 2 km van het skigebied Tále. Chata is a lovely wood house. Very close to the ski resort, it takes around 6 min of car ride to get to the nearest ski lift. It was clean and cozy. I realy love gireplace and possibility to cut wood, so it was perfect for me.
