good breakfast, good location which closes to many restaurants, Dotonbori, Namba..OCAT, Namba Station. All are walkable distance. A meet up point if you join a tour to Kyoto and Nara. I like the harder bed, and very clean bedding sheet and comforter.

The location is very close to Higashi-Mikuni (M12) station and Shin-Osaka station. The breakfast is good, the staff is very kind. As we stayed in this hotel during Mawar typhoon, our flight was delayed for 13 hours and thanks to the hotel staff for their kind assistance for resolving flight ticket issues with Customer Service at midnight.

The hotel in itself is well located. It's a huge building with parking. The reception hall is so spacious, you can get some skincare products. There's also a water fountain, and an area with washing machines and dryers. The room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. The hot shower was working well, we could even take a bath. Breakfast was a must! Lots of options, and the food was delicious! It was definitely appreciated. Overall the staff was really nice and the venue had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place.
