Pretty new and comfortable designed house. Perfect for a family stay. The location is not in the most popular places, however, the island is small and can go to most of places in 10-20 mins. The host is very nice, good,communication even before arival. The room is cleansed every day. It is better to rent a car, not just to arrive the apartment, also for easy transfer within the island.

The place has a fantastic view of Santorini's caldera. Quiet and very private. Recently refurbished. George, the manager, greeted us at Imerovigli Square and helped us with the luggage. He personally came to say good bye as well. We felt really at home. The jacuzzi was perfect.

Staying at Imer Villas was a dream come true. The villa was stunning – beautifully designed, perfectly clean, and incredibly comfortable. But the real highlight was the breathtaking view… truly one of the most spectacular sights I’ve ever experienced. Our host went above and beyond – warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail was thought of, and the service was exceptional. I didn’t want to leave, and I will absolutely return any chance I get. This place holds a special piece of my heart. If you’re coming to Santorini, this is where you want to be!

The place is absolutely beautiful. I’ve stayed in Santorini numerous times and I can confidently say this is THE BEST villa on the island. The views of the caldera are wonderful and the private pool, outdoor jacuzzi and indoor jacuzzi are what make this place extra special. Irina, the host, is so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and even offered to get medicine for my girlfriend when she wasn’t feeling well. We cannot wait to come to the property again and I cannot recommend it enough.

We loved everything about this property! Our host, Bogdan, was exceptional, communicating before our stay, greeting us upon arrival, giving us valuable information about the area, booking activities for us, and being a super host! We rented 2 of the "rooms" and all were superb with amazing views. The kitchens were well equipped, the bathrooms were spacious, the common living areas were cozy, the beds were comfy, and the patios were furnished. You could not stay in a better location! Restaurants, bars, shops, everything you want is close by. Our group of three couples thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay and hated to leave. We hope to be back!

Beautiful traditional villa with a lot of character and very spacious for 8 people. All the facilities that you would expect. 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and air conditioners, and 4 full bathrooms. Safes in most bedrooms. Heated, clean jacuzzi with great outdoor space. Great location, 2 mins walk to caldera with great views. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Gregory was lovely to deal with, was helpful with all of our queries. He organised a wonderful catamaran cruise for us. He even had a bottle of wine and some water in the fridge.

The view... WOW! This place is an incredible, private villa with it's own private pool which was nice and cool, perfect for the temperature of the day (it is not heated and therefore may be cold for some people). The outdoor space is generous with plenty of sunlight. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Hiring an ATV was very easy and the location is fairly in the middle of the island so therefore was easy to get around the whole island! Fira - a short drive over the hill, and Oia - 30min drive.

E X C E P T I O N A L 10/10 Our villa was equipped with the MOST MODERN features and fixtures with luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms on TWO LEVELS!!! We were welcomed by Artemis and Angela with the warmest smiles and cool welcome drinks. Our personalized breakfasts were to die for with homemade marmalade, freshly made muffins, and 🍫 n 🍊 cake. Our private pool was used throughout our stay while we enjoyed our drinks watching the full moon in full swing. Thank you for our magical, unforgettable stay and taking care of us ♡♡
