Everything! This place is gorgeous. The location is stunning and protected even with high winds. The hosts are fantastic and the breakfast basket delivery is exceptional with home made products (cheese pies, fresh juice, fresh eggs etc.). The renovation has been very tastefully done and every corner maximised with high quality products. Very comfy bed and sofa and outdoor seating. Excellent details, excellent place, planning on coming again next year.

You can literally jump in the water from the studio, it’s very cosy and equipped with everything you need. The owner and the staff are super, they helped us with the scooter rent and the transfer from and to the port.

Amazing and private spot with a beautiful view. We had a fantastic time staying there! Everything was fantastic and we'll definitely come again! The house is also very well stocked. What impressed us more than anything was the quality of the place, as we also own a house in an island and we know how hard it is to build something of quality with exceptional finishings in an island. Amazing spot!

Amazing renovated fisherman's house 3m (metres, no minutes) from the water. Absolute calmness, relax, wide open door sleep listening to the waves, unforgettable moments. the perfect holidays. I could write a novel about it, but only check this out: The owner comes to fix a noise from the water pump. I ask him if the island (Kimolos) produces wine. Same evening, I find a bottle of excellent local wine out of the door, and the very next day another one. What to write more?

Excellent location just a little bit outside of Chora and very close to Meltemi restaurant (worth visiting it). It is a great secluded location with the best view in the island! The host was very polite and helpful. The place was clean and very very cozy. We loved it! Thank you for the bottle of nice white wine.
