First of all, the staff was outstanding. Even before our arrival, they contacted us to confirm our landing time, coordinated directly with our taxi driver, and ensured a smooth luggage pickup. Love the location, walking distance to supermarket, bus station, cafes and restaurants but not too crowded area. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Very friendly and helpful owner who assisted us with room arrangements, transfers and made us feel very welcome, gave us good recommendations where to visit and even helped us with restaurant reservations. We loved everything, especially Julia, who was one of the friendliest person we met. As we arrived with my two teens, we got a surpising upgrade (got 2 more floors), which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great, facilities clean and comfortable. It was very quiet in the hotel, while main street of Fira started just few minutes away (perfect location if you want to be close to everything, but with your own quiet space). Jacuzzi on the top floor was really nice with beautiful rooftop views. We would recommend this place without any doubt and BIG thank you for Julia and all the staff to make it wonderful!
