We truly enjoyed our stay at LAKOTA’s house. The home is thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and cosy atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. It even exceeded our expectations compared to the photos. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need, including a great coffee machine that made our breakfasts even more enjoyable. It offers three spacious bedrooms with comfortable, wide beds. Communication with the host was smooth and easy—we arranged all details in advance via WhatsApp. Since we arrived late in the evening, we used the self-check-in procedure, which was straightforward and hassle-free. Parking is conveniently located near the property, well-lit, and feels very safe. If the main parking area is full, there are plenty of additional spaces available on the nearby streets. Brtonigla itself is a small but charming town. Right outside the house, you’ll find a cosy café/bar and a bakery for fresh breakfast pastries. For a proper meal, there’s also a lovely Italian restaurant next door with a great selection of food, wine, and drinks. Overall, we highly recommend staying at LAKOTA’s house if you’re looking for a relaxing and cosy place in Brtonigla.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Fantastic space for our family, beautifully appointed with all the facilities we could want. The pool is lovely - warm, clean and with plenty of space to swim, play or relax - and the location is wonderfully peaceful but easy to get to shops and activities. Hrvoje met us on arrival and was so welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts provided by his wife were a particularly nice touch and absolutely delicious! We had an amazing time here and would love to return to Villa Francesca - I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

The property is just amazing. Nature, privacy and you. Thats it. Very good for a family with kids, clean pool, clean villa. Marko the host is very friendly and really wants that the guests feel like home. If we needed anything, he was there in 15-20 minutes. Worth every penny!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The courtyard was large and perfect for relaxing or enjoying time outside. Everything was just perfect, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The stay was very close to the beach. The location is perfect for familys with small children. Apartment had everything we needed (pens, toaster, coffe machine, dishwasher, detergents, hair dryer, modern tv, mosquito nets on windows) which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hosts were always available and open for possible improvements. There is also a dedicated secured parking space.
