We had a great stay here. The hosts were friendly, the house was clean and the garden was very nice. We enjoyed it a lot with our one year old baby. A babychair, babybed and washing machine were available. We have made several trips from here, to Kotor, Herceg Novi etc. Would recommend this place!

The hosts were really helpful. The property is in a great location in the heart of the mountains. There was a general problem in the village with mains water in the summer but the hosts provided a 15 litre drinking water fountain with regular top-ups for drinking and cooking and there is a huge water tank just outside the house with water for showers, washing clothes etc so we were never short of water.

I visited Kotor for the first time and had the best experience ever. This was my first time visiting Balkan and my first stop was villa Invicta. It took my breath away the house is even more beautiful than in the photos and the view is stunning. Everything in the house is like in the best luxury hotel. We were really pleasantly surprised with the exterior and the even more beautiful interior. The thing that was the main reason why we said that we will come again was the host. Zarklina is the nicest and the most accommodating person we met and she has the best team. We wish that all the hosts were as attentive as she was. The cleaning lady was very professional and she did everything to our liking. This is a real pearl and we will be back soon.
