We had the best stay at villa Anna Splendid. It exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Alexey and Anna made us feel completely at home. They were warm, friendly, and always available if we needed anything — thanks to them, we never went without a single thing. The villa is gorgeous inside and out. We saw the best sunsets of our lives from there. The facilities were great: the infinity pool was lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and the private sauna was such a treat. It was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Perfect place to unwind.

Nice house, excellent communication, nice area. Close to Cetes Cidades and Ponta Delgades. And Very close to Feraria, the warm natural pool in the sea! We liked it a lot! Very friendly owner, we had a very good time at the house and at Sao Miguel, calm neighbourhood but nearby to the hotspots, we had a very good sleep.

This is a cute, comfortable, well-remodeled home in a convenient part of Sao Miguel. We stayed as a family of 4, and my daughter said it was her favorite stay ever. The outdoor garden and showers are a nice touch coming back from the nearby beach. The host Ines is a wonderful person and was so helpful, she gave us directions, fresh bananas from her tree, and even helped get us an item we had left behind!

This place is an absolute gem! The house is stunning, the location perfect, and the atmosphere peaceful. The heated pool with ocean views was easily my favorite part. You’re just a short drive from Ponta Delgada, 5 minutes from Populo Beach for surfing, and within easy reach of the whole island. Plus, there are two natural pools right next door. Everything about our stay was incredible. A huge thank you to our host Teresa, for making everything about our stay so special. It felt like a home away from home. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Casa Cayenne is such a cozy and great place to stay at, it is really close to Ponta Delgada center by car, and you have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Plus it's on a pineapple greenhouse plantation, making it super unique! The garden on site from which you can pick herbs and salad is a really great addition, as is the pineapple culture tour given by Luis. Luis and Noelia are such great hosts, super welcoming ! Communication was fast and easy. Would recommend to anyone wishing to spend a few days on Sao Miguel Island.

Very nice property, a quiet location and 3 bedrooms exactly what we needed and fabulous seating areas inside and out. Very professional management actually The villa itself is fabulous really clean and modern, loads of space in the fridges, plenty of cups glasses etc outside lovely and well kept.
