We had a villa with 3 bedrooms all very big and with nice view to the Memwbe island the 2 in the first floor. The stuff is very efficient and kind and it takes only 700 meter to the beach! We had also a pool which we used and it was just fine!

I absolutely loved everything about my stay! Neema is such an incredible host—so warm and thoughtful. I arrived early in the morning around 3 a.m., and to my surprise, she was there waiting to check me in, which I truly appreciated. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with fresh juice and an assortment of delicious fresh fruits that made my mornings delightful. The highlight of my stay was the Christmas Eve buffet—it was beautifully prepared and made the celebration feel so special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful!

I stayed at Villa Tulia with my sisters and we had an amazing time chilling at the villa pool side or having a walk on the beach. The villa owners helped us with arranging everything almost a month before our arrival, and they were very supportive with all our inquiries. We had a warm welcome by the villa manager Hawa - who ensured that we have a great stay. The staff and their hospitality were amazing, especially the 2 professional Chefs who made us the best fresh dishes that we ever had and never failed to surprise us (BIG thanks to chef Ibrahim and Chef Ramadan) ! The villa is as exactly what you see in the photos and beyond, we weren't disappointed at all. The decoration and attention to details were mind blowing and we loved the fact that we were able to find all the amenities that we need during our stay. Privacy was a big thing for us, and the staff made sure that we had our space with no disturbance to enjoy our time. I would recommend staying at Villa Tulia, especially if you are looking for a cozy, feel like home place to stay in at Zanzibar ! I stayed at couple of places in Zanzibar before but by far this is the best place ever ..... Will definitely be back :) Thank you Jac and the whole team at Villa Tulia for making our visit memorable !

A must visit! We ended up at Garden Beach Villas by coincidence after having another accommodation in the area cancelled. We did not expect a lot and were nicely surprised. Our stay was at the small villa which is comprised of great sized bathroom, clean bedroom and large living room area connected with kitchen which, despite being quite basic, is equipped with pretty much everything you need. The outdoor area is of a great size with chairs and a sunlounger - overlooking the beautifully cared for garden which offers direct access to calm and relaxing beach. Our breakfast was served on time and always fresh- we had fresh juice, fruit, pancakes, eggs and bread available. The staff was exceptional-smiley and welcoming always available to help with anything we needed. We were also joined by a family of cats and kittens that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Overall we loved our stay here and would like to thank the team (especially Mati) for making our stay feel like home away from home.

This house is one of the cleanest place I have ever been. The stuff were super kind and helpful. They were always around when you need. The house looks exactly what I it is on the picture. Basically couple of steps to the ocean, the sun rises view is astonishing. You have ac , hot water.. also communication is great. Thank you everyone for a great hosting.

It's a quiet place. The house is located in a guarded area. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away. The pool was very nice. Wifi was slightly better than other places I have visited in Zanzibar. Every day you get a huge breakfast made for you in the villa. There is AC in every room so you can set the temperature to what you like. It felt really luxurious and we didn't feel anything was missing during our stay. Outside the area you need transport to get to stores, activities, so make sure you have contact information to drivers. There is plenty of ATMs within 5 minute drive and I had no issues withdrawing Tanzanian shillings from them.

Lovely clean villa with a real holiday feel. The manager Iman is a real gentleman and super helpful. All the staff are vey polite and do a great job. The nearby beach is amazing where you can get snorkeling excursions or rent jet skis and other water sports items. The beach is a 10 to15 minutes walk from the villas

The villa has got private pool, you can spend really good time here. Staff is very kind, they know english on good level so you can get along each other. They clean pool and rooms everyday. The food they served is delicious and fresh, we love fruits there. You can also visit the Beach which is 7 minutes by foot, also go snorkeling. We recommend this place 🩵
