The place was so amazing its difficult to express in words. As we were approaching the area, it looked like it was in the middle of nowhere and then bang, the most amazing property came up, to say it was a surprise was an understatement. The rooms were perfect, location was actually perfect. everything was just perfect. The restaurant is a bit slow so order early but apart from that everything was super unreal. Also they have a horses stable adjoining the property where you can ride a horse and take it into the water. totally unreal. words cant express enough just how amazing this place is.

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Fiona. Right on the beach. Nice Pool. Excellent host and the covered area on stilts over the beach was the perfect place to spend a few relaxing hours.

It's a quiet place. The house is located in a guarded area. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away. The pool was very nice. Wifi was slightly better than other places I have visited in Zanzibar. Every day you get a huge breakfast made for you in the villa. There is AC in every room so you can set the temperature to what you like. It felt really luxurious and we didn't feel anything was missing during our stay. Outside the area you need transport to get to stores, activities, so make sure you have contact information to drivers. There is plenty of ATMs within 5 minute drive and I had no issues withdrawing Tanzanian shillings from them.

Our stay at Villa Julito was absolutely amazing. The villa is perfectly clean and comfortable, not to mention the beautiful furnishings and attention to detail. We loved that breakfast is served directly by the pool by the kindest girl very talented at cooking, the dishes were exceptional. But what really made our stay perfect are the two hosts, Carlos and Adri, they are welcoming and caring, always available for advice or any kind of help, they really made us feel like home. Can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous location, hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. They even went to the nearest town to get milk and water for us (due to location shops are a car ride away). Onsite restaurant is wonderful, lovely warm staff who were fab with my little girl. Amazing pools and the villa is exceptional.

This holiday home is an absolut recommendation for visitors to Zanzibar, whether looking for peace or as a starting point for active exploration of the island. The house is located directly on the wonderful Michamvi beach within sight of the Rock Restaurant and just a few kilometers from Jozani National Park. It offers several bedrooms and wonderfully designed lounges with all the necessary equipment. The garden with the pool belonging to the house is beautifully landscaped and also offers numerous opportunities for relaxation - always with an overwhelming sea view. But the best thing was the friendly staff, who gave us a warm welcome and were always there to help and advise us. The included breakfast was rich and tasty and the additional dinner was also great. We would like to thank our friendly hosts for the excellent care.

It’s the best accommodation four a group of friends, family or couples. You have your own house with a lot of space and it has nice furnishings. Also you get a lot of support from the host, if you need anything, but maybe you have to tell them if you need more space. The location is perfect next to the beach, but it’s a quiet place. So you’ll need a car or motorcycle to get to the next bigger city.
