The location is beautiful, slightly up on a hill with impressive views of the surrounding mountains. Once you enter the chalet you feel like in your private retreat with a great indoor pool (paradise for our kids!), well-equipped/comfortable/clean apartments and plenty of common spaces where you can enjoy peaceful time together in this alpine scenery. The host was very friendly and easy to work with - welcoming us with a few little gifts for our stay. Das Kitz Jochberg is overall the perfect place to spend a few days with friends and/or family. Plenty of space to have privacy but also to spend time together - right next to plenty of outdoor activities (skiing, hiking, swimming, biking etc) and many great restaurants. We hope to return soon!

Surrounded by the scenic Tyrolean mountains in Lechaschau close to Reutte and Neuschwanstein Castle, Landhaus Panorama offers spacious apartments and rooms. An internet PC and Wi-Fi are available for free. The highline179 pedestrian suspension bridge is 5 km away. We had a wonderful time at the property! It was the perfect place for our family (six adults). The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to enjoy breakfasts around the kitchen table and dinners on the well-appointed patio. An amenity we did not expect - there was an assortment of wines, beers, and other refreshments available for purchase which was especially nice on the evening of our arrival. On our second evening there was an issue with not having hot water - apparently the boiler was having technical difficulties. We emailed the owners at 22:30, and by 9:30 the next morning the technician had already been there to fix the issue. The owner's responsiveness was impressive which we so appreciated! The location is amazingly situated - about 25 minutes from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau (just over the border in Germany) and only about 10 minutes from Ehrenberg castle, fortress, and ruins. Our time at the chalet was magical - thank you to the owners and our host Gerda!

The kitchen is a real highlight, and the countless opportunities to retreat and enjoy yourself are priceless. The personal check-in with Romana was incredibly nice and friendly.
