We had some troubles getting our rental car, and Julia came to Victoria to pick us up even though in was Easter Sunday! Location is very convenient even if you don’t have a car, as there is a bus stop nearby, so you can easily get to Victoria Downtown. The neighborhood is quiet, there are also several grocery stores is a walkable distance.

Lots to do in the area, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I even got to watch hummingbirds feeding from my bathtub!

Comfortable beds and sofa. Although there is only one bathroom but it has a beautiful vibe. The house is just awesome.

With lake views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The rooms are fitted with a patio with views of the garden. We had a delightful time at Baylight. The downstairs apartment is clean and feels fresh, the beds were super comfortable (in fact I peeked at the brand so I would know for future mattress purchases) and the whole place is adorably decorated. They are still working on getting the kitchen set up, so if you are coming in the near future, bring meals and foods you can warm up in the microwave, bagels for the toaster, and don’t forget the ice cream which you can have while enjoying the gorgeous view outside your door. Catherine and Jeff were wonderful to work with and very responsive. All around, a wonderful home base for those planning on exploring the beauty of Vancouver Island.

Great location to walk down the stairs nearby and be right on the main drag.
