Villa Nikitas is a very big and clean house, great place for a family trip. Konia hills views are breathtaking, it is perfect starting point to view as much as possible from the beautiful Paphos area. Staff is very nice, kind and always helpful, communication was smooth just as all our stay. Perfect place for calm and active vacation at the same time.:)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Cyprus. The property itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The area is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet still close enough to restaurants, beaches, and local attractions when we wanted to explore. Everything we needed was provided, and the villa was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The host is very helpful, attentive, and made the whole experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommended and we’d definitely love to return!

Amazing stay, the villa was gorgeous and the pool was amazing. Highly recommend. There was a bus stop at the end of the road to get into Paphos and a parking spot at the house for a car making is very accessible. Great location and highly recommend Harmony restaurant at the end of the road. Great food and great service.

What an incredible stay. The villa is part of a cozy complex. It is close to the pool and close to the beach. The owner is amazing and very helpful. The property was clean when we arrived and exactly like on the photos. It is well maintained and has everything you need on a vacation. We would love to visit the propery again.

Lots of cakes and treats throughout our stay. Always someone on hand to sort out any issues with remarkable speed and efficiency. Couldn't fault it and will be back.

Private House in Paphos ligger ca. 1,8 km fra Dimma Strand. Her er udsigt til byen, en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse. Denne villa har gratis privat parkering og et fælles køkken. Marina, the host, was an absolute treasure. House was clean and well kept. Views are amazing (see photos) She took great care of all aspects of the stay. Can't thank her enough.
