We stayed just 1 night (2 adults and 2 kids) and we were impressed by the location and the kindness of the hosts. The house is fully equiped, clean and cozy. The location very close to Richter Safari Park. We will defimetelly come back in the future.

I really liked that the property was clean, new, and thoughtfully prepared. The host paid attention to so many little details — there were almost all the essentials in the kitchen, a great selection of coffees and teas, plus some extra touches like syrups, chocolate powder, and cute mugs. Everything you might need for a short stay was there. The same goes for the bathroom — there were shampoos, conditioners, and extra bits in case you forgot something. I also loved the selection of oils for the sauna, the separate towels for the jacuzzi, the blankets for the sauna, and the robes to walk comfortably back to the house.

Dette overnatningssted med aircondition ligger 38 km fra Margaret Island Japanese Garden.... I had the most wonderful time at Szent Flórián Tűzoltó Panzió in Visegrád. From the moment I arrived, the place felt like a charming little retreat—warm, welcoming, and full of character. My room was cozy and spotless, and I loved waking up to the peaceful garden views from the balcony. In the evenings, sitting by the fireplace after a day of exploring the Danube Bend was pure bliss. The sauna was a perfect bonus for unwinding, and breakfast in the morning was fresh and satisfying. It felt like a home away from home, and I left already planning my next visit. One of the highlights of our stay at Szent Flórián Tűzoltó Panzió was when the owner kindly showed us and my child around the fire station. We even got to see the fire truck up close, which absolutely thrilled my little one! It was such a unique and memorable experience that made our visit feel even more special and personal.

Békafütty Vendégház ligger ca. 49 km fra Magyar Nemzeti Múzeum. Her er udsigt til floden, et privat strandområde, en terrasse og vandsportsfaciliteter. Brand new little hut, well made and nice. Absolutely loved the jacuzzi and enjoying sunset at the Danube river. Personal welcome and helpful host.

Our family (two adults and two kids) had the privilege of spending more than a week at the Forestin Guesthouse in August 2025. It was a wonderful stay. The three-story country house is situated on the slopes of the Nemzeti Park elevation. The view is panoramic and picturesque, as we enjoyed the sights of Dunai, several towns in its vicinity (including Visegrad), and a historical citadel of Fellegvar. The view is best from the veranda on the first floor. At night, the same veranda can be used for night sky observation (circa half of the sky is visible, but there can be some light pollution from towns). The road to the place is not an easy or short one, and the last 100 meters of the road are quite sloppy, so it’s best suited for trucks and SUVs, or cars with a mechanical transmission. However, the road is really worth it, as you’ll drive through some amazing places in the Nemzeti park. We faced rabbits, deer, foxes, and even saw a boar family in the forest. It’s quiet and not crowded at all. The nearby town of Nagymaros is nice, but Visegrad on the opposite side is a hit. An hourly ferry is capable of transporting cars, and the other side of the river has castles, rope parks, bobsleigh tracks, hiking routes, and everything else for each family member. The place itself is not very big, but well-packed. You can enjoy playing badminton in the yard, picking up vegetables to eat, or making barbecue/grill in the oven. It’s fully equipped for it. The building itself is well-arranged, with a closed veranda on the ground floor for family meals, a quiet lobby on the first floor, and 1+2 beds under the roof. In summer, the upper floor may become quite hot at night, so opening windows is recommended (however, the hosts are planning to equip it with air conditioning soon). The house is fully equipped. It has two restrooms: a small one on the second floor and a big one on the ground floor; the kitchen looks solid and has everything needed.
