The location is perfect and the place is very nice, big and clean, with everything you need to have a nice stay. I stayed for 2 nights so I could enjoy the Bagnis in the morning when there was no people and also to explore the area, wich is beautiful. But if you can only stay one night, I recommend you should arrive earlier of the checking time, get a snack Infront of the Bagnis and then do the checking. They are just a few walks apart so is perfect for morning hikes.

An excellent place to stay just under the walls of an attractive old village. 5 minutes (uphill) walk to the village square. The ability to laze in the garden is an added advantage and there are outstanding views of the countryside. The host is friendly and helpful.

One of the most spectacular locations I ever stayed in (and I travel a lot). We were so in love, we didn't want to leave the hotel! The garden with the view to the church is priceless! And the location is great as well, as it's very quiet, yet a walking distance to Montepulciano town! Would recommend it to everyone!!

Home away from home was exceptional! Host was so helpful, provided tips for places to visit, wonderful extras to make the stay very luxurious. The location was unbelievable, quiet, close to restaurants and after visiting other towns around this was definitely the best to book accommodation! If you want a perfect stay this is the best option but far!!

This is the best B&B I've stayed in Tuscany. It has a perfect view, the house is clean, and the host is very warm and talkative. I love this place so much. I will definitely come back next time.The host took great care of us and the scenery was so beautiful.
