Gated community with pool. 2bedroom townhouse was furnished beautifully and filled with everything you need for daily usage. Mango trees in the yard. The host greeted me, no hassle, and even directed me to where I can rent a car whenever I wanted. I definitely recommend this place.

My partner and I truly enjoyed every moment. I definitely recommend staying here 😌

Many things to say about this place - 1. The location - Near to airport and walkable distance to Doctor's Cove Beach, Harmony Beach Park & Old Hospital Park. Our favorite Bollywood Dhaba Indian restaurant also just nearby. 2. The house - It has everything, even beach toys and a bag to carry them around!! All bedrooms have attached bathrooms; the washer/dryer came much handy for us!! There are some kid friendly games as well. 3. The amenities - Needless to say that the pool was good, but the best part for my kids was the park just near the house which doesn't feature even in the pictures. It is a decent sized open space with few swings and a climbing structure as well. My son enjoyed playing soccer also here. 4. The community - As the listing says "Mobas Las Palmas", we kept saying the same to immigration and taxi drivers at airport but they did not seem to understand that this was located at "Chatham Palms" which is the name of the community and a more familiar name to everyone around. Whoever reading this review - I suggest referring this place as "Chatham Palms" :) My kids made a few friends here who are Jamaicans; easily a family friendly community. We enjoyed walking around as well. The security is so helpful and friendly too. So glad to have booked this place! If we ever come back, we will definitely book this again.
