Absolute top experience! We booked because there was still availability, but we honestly didn’t expect this. A brand new villa, and we were the very first guests. Fully equipped with every comfort imaginable, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor sound system, dimmable lights, beautiful seating areas, and an incredible view. Aleksandar made sure we had everything we needed. He even arranged a mid-stay cleaning and replaced all the linen and towels. Whenever you need something, Aleksandar is there right away and does everything he can to make your stay effortless. We regularly rent villas across Europe, but we have never experienced anything like this. We hesitated for a moment when booking because he could not yet accept credit cards, but that is being worked on and a wire transfer worked just fine. We will definitely be coming back. Holiday Home Stanka bevindt zich in Kotor, op 10 km van Zeepoort - hoofdingang, 11 km van Sint-Savakerk en 11 km van Klokkentoren van Tivat, en biedt accommodatie met een balkon en gratis WiFi. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We definitely recommend it and will surely come back! It’s probably one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed in. The cleanliness is exceptional, truly spotless. Everything is new and equipped with absolutely everything you might need. They have thought of every detail. There’s a front yard with parking and a lovely backyard with plenty of cozy spots to relax. It’s such a peaceful and charming atmosphere. Inside, everything is modern, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for, including a washing machine. The host was incredibly kind and communication was excellent. The only thing to note is that it’s not right in Kotor, but we traveled by car, so it was perfect for us. We loved driving into Kotor and coming back here to unwind. It’s a wonderful place to relax with your loved ones, and we truly can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Sea & Silence Holiday House is gelegen in Merdari, op 18 km van Klokkentoren van Kotor, 18 km van Zeepoort - hoofdingang en 19 km van Sint-Savakerk, en biedt accommodatie met een balkon en gratis... Het huis heeft een aantal troeven: de grote slaapkamer met balkon met zicht over de baai, voorzien van airco. Een leuke buitenkeuken, koelkast en diepvries, en zelfs mogelijkheid om de wasmachine te gebruiken. De locatie is heel rustig, maar wel dicht bij leuke badplaatsen zoals Rose. Zoran, de gastheer toonde ons een aantal leuke plaatsen op het schiereiland, bv waar we gratis konden parkeren dicht bij een strand en waar bezienswaardigheden zich bevonden. Hij is ook enorm behulpzaam. Er is parking aan de straat, en dan moet je nog trappen doen om bij het huis te komen. De kinderen vonden de lift voor de valiezen heel tof. Je hoeft je bagage niet omhoog te dragen op de heuvel.

Glanz Antique Paradise near the Sea beschikt over een terras, en biedt accommodatie in Kotor met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de zee. We had a truly enjoyable stay at Glanz Antique Paradise. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having both a bathroom and a guest toilet made things very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the few espresso capsules were a nice extra touch. The yard was lovely, and there was a convenient parking spot by the villa. We also loved the charming antique decor throughout the villa. It really added a special, cozy touch that made the stay feel even more unique. The location was perfect - close enough to the old town (just 5 minutes by car or a scenic 20-minute walk), but far enough to avoid the crowds. Kotor’s old town can get quite busy and parking can be tricky, so this was a plus. The host provided useful info upon arrival, and was prompt and helpful in communication. Overall, the villa offered great value for the money, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Kotor.

The house is spacious, cozy and very clean. It is equipped with everything you might need. The location is fantastic as it is a very quiet area. The house is right by the sea and has its pontoon where you can sunbathe all day. There is a small shop around 150 meters from the house for essentials. This holiday home is worth every penny!

We were looking for a location that was not too close to other people, so this was a perfect location for us. The house is nice and clean and has everything you need. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive. You can approach them with all your questions at any moment and get help and support. You can enjoy the swimming pool or the sea. Nearby, within walking distance, you can swim and also rent a kayak or a SUP.

Holiday House Kotor beschikt over uitzicht op de stad, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een patio, op 1,9 km van Kotor Beach. Myself and friends loved this house. It is well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is a short walk from the old town and only a couple of minutes away from a supermarket. The main bus station is also accessible and we made use of this to visit Tivat and Lustica Bay. In particular, we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evenings taking in the sights and relaxing. There is plenty of storage space and the beds were very cosy. The host was great at communicating and making sure that everything was perfect by keeping in touch throughout the stay. They have also taken the time to put together an instruction booklet for different items in the house which we found very useful. There are plenty of channels on the television including ones to access premiere league football :) and the wifi has very good connection. We would love to stay here again should the opportunity present itself to visit Montenegro in future!
