The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need. There is also private parking, and nice garden with bbq facilities. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was left in the fridge for us (local products) and the fact that the baker brought us bread in the morning was also really nice. The location is also pretty good, just few minutes walk from the center of the village and the shop, and the Santa Barbara viewpoint can also be reached on foot (about 15 minute walk downhill). The host was also really helpful, tried to help us with everything and even offered to pay for our breakfast one morning when the baker forgot to bring us the bread. Overall a great apartment in a very peaceful environment for a great price.

Marina de São Mateus har en god beliggenhed i Angra do Heroísmo indenfor kort afstand fra Negrito Strand og har havudsigt og en terrasse. Der er gratis wi-fi overalt. Staying at Marina de São Mateus was like peeking into the lives of real Azorans; the apartment is located at a working fish harbor with boats coming in & out all the time. I had everything needed for a comfortable & peaceful place to stay while exploring the island. A short walk to a super market, an ATM & a pharmacy... though the nearby Mini Mercado Sousa was more fun to explore & had quite a variety of necessary household goods. On a practical note, having a washer/dryer was very convenient & the Wi-Fi was excellent. The park along the harbor is a nice place to walk or sit & watch the boats; there is also an exercise / children's playground available on the far side. Mara was an excellent host with many good recommendations for places to explore. Locally can wholeheartedly recommend Baia W for a fresh, friendly meal; the squib was tender & savory. Only a few minutes drive to downtown Angra to see the architecture & tourist shopping, or drive the other way to see the cheese factory, Queijo Vaquinha & have samples, a drink & or a sandwich with a pleasant atmosphere & blue water view.

Casa da Silveira ligger i Angra do Heroísmo, kun 1 minutters gang fra Silveira Strand. Her er en have og gratis wi-fi. Sofia is always willing to help. She brought milk, cheese , fruit, oil, etc. as a welcome pack. The house is very comfortable, clean and close enough to the center, with great views and a fantastic patio. It is easy to park nearby

I spent 3 days in this house with my friends and I highly recommend it. The house is big and when we’ve arrived it smelled really nice. The owner was very kind, she has helped us booking restaurants and tours and she has suggested us a lot of places to visit in Terceira. There’s nothing more beautiful than seeing a host truly care for her guests
