The host communicated very well and quickly via whatsapp. He was friendly and accommodating when I was late due to traffic. The apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Wifi was excellent, the shower was great, and he also provided coffee and tea in the kitchen. There is also free parking on the street. It was a great stay!

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

I loved the location, it's just outside of a metro and train station and not far from the city center. Also Karim the host is honestly one of the nicest people I ever met. So welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed and provided lots of recommendations for our stay. Also everything was really comfortable. It also has a great kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking.

I loved the loft with the bed, the extra glowing fixtures, and the history behind the place. The resident cat in the complex was extraordinarily friendly and Edmund was a fantastic host, with stellar recommendations for the area. I was quite happy to return and will look to stay here again for my next trip to Brussels.
