Wonderful, spacious, brand new apartment with tasteful personal touches and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean! Valentina is an outstanding host, communication with her was very easy and friendly. The apartment is very close to the train station, which is very convenient for visiting the surrounding area. There is a mini-metro station nearby, which we used to quickly get to the city center. We arrived in Perugia ahead of check-in time, but Valentina had the apartment ready early so we could check in as soon as we arrived. She met us at the front of the building and explained everything in detail. We really enjoyed our stay in Valentina's beautiful and lovely apartment. 100% recommended.

There was tea, coffee, sugar and cereal for breakfast plus the rudimentary ingredients such as spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar if one wanted to do some simple home cooking. There was also supermarket nearby. We liked Perugia a lot and in such a comfortable and well-appointed apartment right in the historical centre we would have liked to have stayed longer.
