The environment is great.
The environment is great. Nice waterfalls close by and historic places. The area is located at a relatively high altitude. Several people who normally already have an elevated blood pressure had very high blood pressure in this area. It takes some time to adapt.RonaldBNetherlands - 10Scored 10

The view from the room overlooking the canyon was breathtaking. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in the stay, along with some treatments. The food was delicious, catering to everyone's taste. I also treated myself to a full-body massage, and I felt rejuvenated afterward. The hotel boasts an impressive gym and a lovely pool with a canyon view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.NikitinaArmenia

There were no moles, flies, etc. that are usually present in the city center in Summer. We also really enjoyed the breakfast (it was tasty and satisfying). The map of the Jermuk city was really helpful. Thank you for presenting it to us and for your service! We checked into the hotel in the evening and there was no one at the reception except the security guard. he was very nice and gave us the keys to our room and a kettle, and in the morning we officially checked in. Since we were in Dzherik off-season, they changed our room for free to a suite with a magnificent view. Best view in Jermuk 🤭 nice personal. Tasty breakfasts. Clean rooms with view. Good Wi-Fi

The Terrace resto bar beside the resort which belongs to it is super tasty and has a variety in the menu. The waiter there, Armen, we all liked him alot, a hardworker with smiley face all day from 12pm to 12am he is the best not only in jermuk but in all armenia we havent met anyone like him.
