We loved the town of Marche-en-Famenne. Charming.
We loved the town of Marche-en-Famenne. Charming. All the residents we met were very kind. My 8 year old daughter and I spent a lovely couple of hours at the Art museum. We had a nice lunch at the restaurant L'EFFET BOEUF. Overall, a lovely place to visit.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I am not looking for over the top things and especially where it concerns breakfast when there is just too much and food gets wasted. I just showed up during peak season, and the staff went well out of their way to help me. The rooms are new, as they have been remodeling, and everything was fully stocked. The best part was the working AC in the room. It was about 34°C outside and our room cooled us down instantly.
