Right on the camino. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Close to all amenities and facilities. Close to other pilgrim accomodation as well so we were close to friends we had met on the walk. Did not have to walk far for a drink and dinner. We had a ground floor unit which was bliss after walking 25 km.

The hostal was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We were welcomed by the lady on the desk who gave us keys and the wifi code. The room was large and clean. We were advised were to eat and it was a short walk to local services. The restaurant recommended was fabulous.

Solid bunkbeds, unlike the flimsy ones in other albergues. You can avail of the facilities (including a swimming pool) of the San Andres complex, if you take the evening meal. Food was great and they have a bar.

The receptionist (man) spoke ZERO English and the website states a washer is available for pilgrims which is super important but he advised us that was NOT the case. Hotel restaurant was just OK, not a lot of options and limited hours

Staff were very helpful. Restaurant was ok.
Staff were very helpful. Restaurant was ok. However too far from Los Arcos, even though free taxi back into town.
Also, rooms have paper thin walls. I could hear every bowel movement, TV, and cough from next door room.

Everything was very good: location, property.
Everything was very good: location, property. Little suggestion to the hosts:
As most of your travellers walk Camino, some spices, kettle, oil , even tea or coffee would be wonderful.
Thank you for the stay!

There is nothing much happening in Los Arcos.
There is nothing much happening in Los Arcos. It does have a very useful bus stop if a sick or injured pilgrim would be inclined compress the next section to Logrono. I got the bus to Viana and had a shorter walk of 11 km into Logrono. The bus fare was £1.90 ( Euros.)
I broke my leg in my trip and needed accessible rooms. This was the first hotel along the Camino de Santiago which truly had an excellent accessible space. What a difference it made for me to be able take care of my own needs with great accommodations made to the room. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. And enjoyed our first pilgrim meal, which was amazing. Cannot give this place a better review.
PROS:
*clean
* cheap
*hot, strong shower
* central location on/off Camino
CONS:
*arrived at hotel and door locked with a “number” to call for reception … we were using phones on wi-fi only and had to wait for 30+ minutes until next guest arrived and called the manager who arrived quickly…ISSUE THUS WITH CHECKING IN
*no one available at check out… everyone just left key in reception
*no wi-fi on second floor
Los Arcos is a small town on the Camino. This is one of the first places as you walk into town which certainly made it convenient to drop off our backpack. The apartment has 3 rooms and we used two of them. Frankly, Los Arcos is a spit of a town with very few options for dinner IMO. The absolute best part of our stay was the fresh bakery a block further down the street with vegan pastries and cookies.
The accommodations were clean. The view from my window was amazing. It was a rainy Sunday so the town was quiet and the hotel bar was not open. There was clothes line outside the window which was convenient but was unable to use for very long because of the rain. It had great warm shower. Would stay here again.
This a good basic hotel appr 2 km south of Los Arcos. It is linked to a gas station with a little food shop. Breakfast is offered from 7 am. When walking fron Los Arcos to the hotel the hotel van offered me a free ride. I had a nice peaceful night on my room.
The room was clean and the location was in the heart of Los Arcos. As well the continuation of the Camino was just around the corner. Check-in was very smooth. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and pleasant. I would certainly stay here again.
Lovely room on the first floor. Included a bath and small sofa for relaxing. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Overall, a pleasant stay in Los Arcos. Can not comment on the breakfast as this was not available over Easter.
Feels very much like a modern hotel in any North American city, it was clean modern and well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a small store and gas station and the restaurant served a good pilgrim meal.
our room was lovely and in a great location to walk around in Los Arcos. The area was very quiet and there was a wonderful, local restaurant close by for dinner. Our stay for one night while on the Camino was perfect!!
The hostess was very helpful. I made a reservation for 1 person accidentally, I was traveling with my partner. She worked on my behalf and found another hotel with room for 2 people. I was very grateful for her help.
Conveniently located. Very pleasant welcome. The hotel appeared to be recomering from a time of recession and doing it well. A lot of redecoration had been done.
