Every day 3 different types of eggs, bacon, croissants and fresh fruits to, If you are not very picky and not asking almond milk for breakfast , you will be satisfied with breakfast and regular milk. 😁 We had breakfast outside by the pool, nice atmosphere. Location is great if you are using public transportation till center Corfu ( buss station is straight behind the corner, 3 min walk from hotel. ( buss tickets you can buy in the buss, 1.70€). And big Supermarket is across the street. Lobby is very nice and with TV on the wall, you can have nice drink there by the bar and to watch football on TV 😁. Pool is clean and area around the pool is very comfortable with good quality sun umbrellas and very nice and modern sun beds. Air conditioning, TV and mini bar in the room were working with no problems and noise. Small and sweet hotel wich left to us very good impression. Staff is very friendly and polite.

Small resort Good location, near Corfu town with easy transportation by bus to hotel from Airport and Corfu town. Beautiful stoney beach with €12 euro charge for 2 beds & umbrella. Good variety of restaurants but in our experience cost has increased for food and drink since last year.

Gouvia itself isn’t great.
Gouvia itself isn’t great. Beach is small, crowded, merky water etc - no where near as good as other beaches on the island. The town has some lovely restaurants, but it’s very very touristy (Brits abroad - a bit like Benidorm).
Has good bus links to Corfu Town and some much nicer beaches and places on the island.

The location of Gouvia is excellent!
The location of Gouvia is excellent! Close enough to Corfu Town, Corfu port and Corfu airport, so very accessible. It has a range of restaurants and cafes around, enough shops and supermarkets and is a 2 minute walk to the main road foing through the island. However, as the beach is not very nice and not well maintained, it is not a place to spend your vacation. We only spent the nights in Gouvia and spent the days exploring the island and for such a vacation I would recommend it. Also, as it gets quite noisy at night, I would not recommend it to families with young kids or older people looking for some restful and peaceful vacation.

It is a comfortable place to stay, close to the beach, close to Corfu city and airport. However you will need to rent a car. Once you have one, it is a great place, since you can easily drive to all other parts of the island.

The village is small, but with nice view to the sea, warm water, beach with stones, good restaurants, not far from the Corfu town. The restaurant in the Palotel hitel was good, the breakfast bar with iced coffe fresh juices, ive cream and waffles was perfect. Te excursions can be bought near, as well as car rent.
The location of the hotel is amazing, as it is ultra-close to the beach. Although the beach itself is not very large and is rocky, it is still easily accessible. Moreover, the proximity of the hotel to various restaurants and a supermarket adds to its convenience.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast offered at the hotel. It was simply amazing! There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and each one was delicious and flavorful.
The staff were all so lovely and helpful and the hotel itself is great. They saved us dinner when we arrived late due to our flight and also allowed us to check out in the evening. Breakfast and dinner was super yummy with a different variety of food served every night. On Wednesday the singers and traditional Greek dancers that performed were amazing. Hotel is in a nice location near Gouvia and the beaches. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent location. Restaurants, cafes, shops all within easy walking distance. Bus service To Corfu town and the beaches are easy to use and get to. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Rooms are spacious and cooled well by air-con. Pool is never overcrowded, plenty of space. Boat trips from Gouvia can be booked in shop opposite the hotel and well worth it. Owners are relaxed and happy to help with anything.
The facilities and rooms where very good value for money and the included breakfast was decent. I was staying a night before going on a yacht so the location was perfect for me as it is close to the marina. The staff were very friendly and stayed up to check us in after a late flight. They also let us use the pool and stay in the hotel after we had checked out as we had time before we could go to the yacht.
We all loved this hotel -the family are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is lovely and there was always plenty of space outside. The buffet breakfast was good quality and it was just a 2 minute walk into Gouvia for the restaurants and shops. It's also on the bus route so easy to get around the island - we visited Corfu town and Kalami bay from here.
We loved the Palotel gouvia hotel! So friendly and helpful staff, delicious food in restaurant in hotel ( we recommend!). Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, good working clima. Everything excellent! If you have a car it's a perfect localisation to move around and visit paleokastritsa, dassia, korfu town... We highly recommend, and we wish to come back here!
Excellent location, right near the beach.
Very close to shops and restaurants near by.
Air conditioning included in the price of the room.
Free parking close to the hotel.
Clean and spacious rooms.
Very good breakfast, with variety.
They even have their own restaurant and they serve Greek and Mediterranean dishes. The food is exquisite.
Our short stay here was fantastic! We had booked very late notice due to a flight cancellation and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was also incredible (I usually don’t like hotel breakfasts), there were plenty of options so I am sure everyone could find something they like. The rooms were awesome as well.
We like the hotel itself and especially the surrounding of it. The hotel is situated in the calm neighborhood. It has a nice bar/restaurant with a view to swimming pool and property. It also has a free parking lot. The location is nice - 5 minutes walking to the main street and 10 to the closest city Gouvia.
Starting with Christos, family, staff, great people, ready to help any time and in any way possible. Very clean, the best pillow I had so far in a hotel( I have a big problem with pillow). I recommend the hotel if you are planning to go to Gouvia.
Nice location, at the top of a hill surrounded by lots of greenery, olive trees, palm trees, even a banana tree in the hotel's garden. Nice pool as well, quiet guests - it's a good place to relax, read a book.
Large clean swimming pool well maintained, Rooms clean and well maintained, Tennis court OK for a knock about but surface a bit worse for wear. Easy walk into Town of Gouvia and to Marina
Everything was as expected but we didn't have connection to WiFi almost at all. We had internet just near by doors. Swimming pool has been opened just till 19:30 we didn't expect it.
The location was perfect, a walking distance from the main town, the beach and public transport to travel around the island. Service was excellent and the hotel is just beautiful.
Good location (near beach, bus stops and super market). Very deep pool with sun lounges. Lots of friendly cats. Good breakfast. Very clean and nice hotel.
