Everything exactly as described in the booking. Our Late check-in worked perfectly. Super clean and warm room, modern bathroom, nice balcony with view across the coast road to the little beach, great breakfast was included - Very early season, early May, so hotel was quiet as was the nice restaurant but everything was available, super clean and staff friendly.

Great property, comfortable and well equipped, 15min drive from Zadar airport and approx 10min walk from the local beach, with amazing bakery and a supermarket just opposite. The price is much better than other properties around, especially when you take into consideration what you’re getting for your money. Garden is amazing- very well looked after, with plenty of seating and lounge chairs, an outdoor dinning space and a bbq area. It has a heated swimming pool and kids play ground - all very well kept-we struggled getting kids out the house, as they loved spending time there. The host Milena is absolutely lovely and goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

In a word, fantastic. A wonderful apartment, all new, richly furnished, impeccably clean. Friendly host, polite, ready to help and advise. Really fantastic. This apartment is ideal for a longer stay, it's a shame we were only there for one day and I hope to return for a longer holiday.

Close to the beach, mini market, bakery, restaurant, beach bar and mountains and still has vibe of village. The apartment has everything what you need even for cooking. I recommend that place very much.
