Many staff members (Emma, her Brazilian colleague, Teresa from hospitality) were so helpful and friendly that even Hr should be rewarded. This is how I imagine a hotel where staff works for the best experience of the guests. This resulted in a wonderful stay! The room was a superb design. Great views. The 4-beaches-passport is an exceptional idea! The cocktail library is yet to be explored, but we're planning an extra visit. Oh, and the bikes! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The front of house reception manager was exceptional. He allowed us to check in early and upgraded our room to a large suite. He recommended using public transportation to get into the city centre and gave us correct change to pay explaining where to get the bus. The gym was great kitted out well breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were extremely helpful even though they were clearly very busy.
