Perfect position in Temple Bar area but not in the rowdiest bit.
Room was comfortable, clean and had all we needed.
the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated...
the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated being so close to the airport as it made my onward journey much easier. The price for a room for one person was 239 euros, which I find extortionate whether or not this is what hotels in Dublin charge. The breakfast was a buffet which was very disappointing. I expected table service for breakfast at this price. The food had been picked over and it was just not good enough.
the reception staff on arrival were excellent and welcoming. The restaurant staff were lovely. Drinks and food are overpriced in my opinion.

Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet...
Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet only 20-30 minutes by bus from Dublin. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant, and although it took longer than expected for our pizza, all the food was well prepared and tasty. Staff was accommodating, providing fans for the room as requested, and check-in & -out was a breeze.

Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel!
Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel! Anyone staying more than one night would go to Dublin or other areas of Fingal, but there is not much in Santry other than the shopping center and DUB airport!!

We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic...
We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic and it was well located for this purpose. There also seemed to be regular shuttles to the airport. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meals. The staff were great.
A standard chain hotel with a high price. The dinner was not very good. Not bad -- but totally unexceptional for the price.
At breakfast there was a great choice, but the hot food was sitting there for a ages -- eggs were like rubber. This is OK, but not in a place that calls itself first class.
One thing needed for the beds: A top sheet and a blanket. All they have is a duvet quilt, which gets too hot, but there is nothing to use as an alternative.
The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were great!
We booked the Holiday Inn Express (Dublin Airport), due to arriving back very late from a trip to Italy. To our surprise, we were informed that the Hotel had closed and that we were being 'upgraded' to the neighbouring Crowne Plaza. The upgrade was superb, with a magnificent breakfast, wonderful room and great facilities. The staff were all very courteous and nothing was a problem.
Very nice hotel close to the airport. We had an unexpected night in Dublin due to a missed flight connection.
The room was made available early for myself and 3 children so we could rest a little bit in the room prior to exploring the city for the afternoon.
Very nice location, hotel and staff.
used hotel shuttle to pick us up from airport.Booking in very easy and room met our expectations, had problem with chair in room but this was resolved .Varied breakfast options which was good .Hotel location perfect for us,bus ride into to Dublin and walking distance for our needs.Would recommend.
The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We had 2 family rooms and they were large. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Taking the bus to downtown Dublin was easy as there was a bus stop close by.
- Close to Dublin airport.
- Staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant.
- Dinner was ok.
- Can screencast from your phone to the TV in the room for watching Netflix etc.
- Shuttle bus was not operating while we were staying but the staff reimbursed the taxi fare for us.
Holiday Inn Express is actually closed. You are redirected to the crown plaza hotel next door. Lovely room. Excellent, extensive breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to the airport every half hour, but not available in the middle of the night when we needed it.
Great location for the night before an early flight from Dublin airport. The shuttle bus service was very handy. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant was good. We left too early for the included breakfast but provided us with a basic packed breakfast.
i really appriciate their support, i booked room for 3 nights but this hotel were far from city and i visited dublin as a tourist so they cancelled 2 nights for without any penalty and i stayed there for 1 night and it was a good
We were travelling as a family and needed somewhere to stay the night before an early flight at Dublin Airport. The family room is a really a spacious two bedroom, it's priced more than fair and the staff are incredibly helpful.
This hotel was the best I had stayed in around the airport and I would definitely stay again. Breakfast times were good and they provided an excellent breakfast. They also had a decent checkout time of 12 noon.
The location / proximity to the airport is ideal, and the shuttle very convenient. It is my go-to place whenever I am traveling out of Dublin Airport. Very lovely bar/restaurant as well.
I like the crown plaza hotel thats where I stay coz this hotel is closed. So my rate 8s for the crown plaza hotel. The Hilton is closed they moved me there without notice at all.
The beds were very comfortable & it was in a good location close to Santry Hospital & Dublin Airport. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of variety.
