Breakfast was fairly basic but the croissants were very good. The lack of English speaking staff made it difficult to explain our orders but we managed.

The room was a good size and very quiet. We only ate in the restaurant on the evening of arrival and they were very accommodating despite our late arrival and we enjoyed the pizzas!

Michelangelo went above and beyond a good welcome, even jumped out in the road to stop us missing the turning! The location is ideal, right by the main square, Duomo and cafes etc. We could park right outside. The room was well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Easy to get to main road to other places too. Acireale gives an authentic experience of a Sicilian town, we were lucky to see a wedding and the Santa Rita saints day festivities.

Deborah was a wonderful host. She recommended places to visit and a couple of excellent restaurants, frequented by locals, within 5-10 minutes drive from the village. Nothing was too much trouble for Deborah and we found her very quick to respond to enquiries and she was very friendly

There are much better place to stay in Sicily.
There are much better place to stay in Sicily.
Acireale has very limited restaurants.. good for sea food lovers. Food was expensive! but not much varieties of Italian pizza and pasta! Views were good but Acireale is very quite and 25 minutes walk to the near place! No trains, trams and bus service! You have only two options to travel… walk or taxi. Sea looked beautiful but it was Rocky so I wasn’t comfortable to swim. Toarmina was good great. Avoid sea in Acireale. Go to south where you can find sandy beaches

Lovely city, very cosy and pretty.
Lovely city, very cosy and pretty. The sea is wonderful, the food is insane - no matter where you go, you eat well. The locals are friendly and always ready to help. They don't speak much English, but they're still helpful!

Lovely town!
Lovely town! Not much happening during the day and almost everything closed between 13.00 & 16.30 for siesta so was limited to what you could do or eat during those hours. At night though it was a different story and the place came alive!! Great atmosphere and streets were bustling, a great change from the day.

Nice atmosphere of the historical center, not crowded by tourists. Perfect location for visiting Etna, Catania, Taormina, Noto and other eastern seacost places. Probably not good destination for those who like spending holidays on beach.
We chose Acireale as a nearby alternative to the chaos of a big city (Catania). In winter it seems sleepy, but there are still many restaurants and bars, as well as a lively centro. The apartment is a short stroll from the centro storico but on a wonderfully quiet side road.
The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The heater was very quiet and efficient. The bathroom is large enough to dance in.
The owner was welcoming and ready to answer our every question, including his favorite restaurants.
I love everything about property and Daniela! She is amazing host and we had a really one of our best vacation right at this place. Daniela can give all information about what places to see, restaurants, rent a car and so on.. when we will return to Sicily and explore West side of Island we will book again with Daniele no matter if we will need to drive extra hour or two - just to once again get this filling of welcoming again.
Daniele thank you for everything and hope to see you soon ❤️❤️❤️
Our absolute best stay during our 2 week visit to Sicily! We stayed in apt 1 with a lovely terrace and fully equipped kitchen. The separate bedroom was super quiet and cool during the hot nights. Everything was brand new.
The whole location is lovely and we were so lucky to have the place and pool to ourselves during our stay. Our host made our stay even more special by bringing us cake and some ice cream during the warm summer nights.
Cannot recommend this place enough!
The hotel was very nice. Newly Updated and great furnishings. The hosts were amazing. They were always available through WhatsApp to give us suggestions. They were very quick to get back to us and respond. They gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants. Santa speaks great English and we communicated very well with Google translate with her husband. We felt very safe.
Even after we left, the messaged us and said “if you need anything, let us know. “ amazing! 😍😍😍
We were impressed by Raciti Palace. Appreciation to the family of owners for making it such a great hotel and for showing it to the world 😊 The room with a terrace - wow! Furniture and decorations expressed the Sicilian culture better than anything else.
Acireale itself is a great place to visit. We had a wonderful time there, with all the nightlife and we were also lucky to catch the carnival events. An absolute recommendation!
Very clean and cozy with a great location for carnevale! Modest, but the value for money is great. The TV is basic and I dont recall if there was any tea/coffee supplied, but that's fine by me. Vincenzo was helpful and polite- a great host. I liked Acireale so much I would seriously consider booking again whenever I next go. Would reccomend to anyone.
Perfect location in a quiet place at the outskirts of Acireale in a walking distance from the historic city center. The apartment is big enough, this is equipped with old pieces of furniture with a touch of art. It is equipped with all you need to cook, in case you wish. All is according to the description. The host/owner id very helpful.
We were here only for 1 night, we liked a lot Acireale and it’s really convenient to be right in the center.
We liked the decoration of the room.
The host was really kind, our train was on Sunday and there is no bus on Sunday to go at the train station. The host proposed to drop us at the train station, it was really kind.
Perfect location above the supermarket and a short walk to the center of town. Also easy to leave from this location to see many other sites in Sicily. Amazing and generous host that was always available to help answer questions and make recommendations about dinner and travel. Overall great experience!
The location is superb, the views are breathtaking and the breakfast is just amazing. The owner Giuseppe goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and help with any information needed to explore Sicily. We loved to stay here and look forward to repeat ❤️
The very friendly and helpful owner helped us to carry the suitcases upstairs. The pool area and the whole garden was very nice. Nice view in every direction (the Etna, sea, landscape). The nicest and the best accomodation during our stay in Sicily!
The breakfast was amazing, each day Giuseppe prepared a new different local Sicilan breakfast that was very tasty and prepared with care. He is such a great host and took really good care of us while we stayed at Made in Sicily
Ideal location for Acreale. Helpful service and all facilities as stated. The breakfast was typical for Sicily and more than adequate with excellent coffee arrangements available throughout the day.
A bit noisy, breakfast was great, view is great, little sea village near Acireale ,you can’t swim in the ocean ,but people still going anyways, conchiglia restaurant nearby is great also,
Everything:)
Thanks to all the staff there, they are so kind and lovely staff. They were always happy and ready to help me in everything. I recommend this hotel for a perfect stay
Fantastic location right in the heart of Acireale with a wonderful view over the street. Loved that there was private secure parking during Carnavale. Very soundproof as well.
