Villa was beautiful and it had so much to do like table football, darts, badminton and when I asked if they had volleyball the owner bought one for us. Pool was amazing and it had many sunbeds. Owner had bought us water, orange juice and two wine bottles which was so friendly. The owner was a sweetheart and super helpful. I asked for bus information and they told me about them and that shops are usually closed at sundays and then told me which stores are open that day. Owner told that we did not have to do any cleaning and that they will take care of everything. Villa had much cooking things and the grill was also nice. Owner also gave us coffee tablets for the coffee machine. Villa also had icecube maker which was very nice in the hot weather. Could not wish for better villa or better host. Thank you very much :). This villa is absolutely stunning, beautiful hillside views, modern, extremely clean. I would highly recommend it. The host was so kind and extremely helpful he went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. This villa has everything you need and more. The pool area is just brilliant. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The inside is so modern and the beds were so comfortable. We got a taxi every evening into the old town. There is a bus 2 mins walk from the villa to the old town, also close by is the supermarket for all your food you need. Our lovely host even prepared a beautiful chocolate cake for my husbands birthday. Your will not be disappointed with this villa and we will defo be back

The location was amazing, right outside of Dubrovnik's main and old town. It felt like a great escape from all the busyness from the urban city, a 10 minute drive from the city brought you into complete relaxation and an amazing area surrounded by beautiful mountains. The hostess was one of the friendliest hosts I've ever met, even taking her own time to drive us around the city to go do groceries so we could have a fun BBQ night.

The property is beautiful. The way they renovated it highlighting the old beams and stone walls but including beautiful modern fixtures is exceptional. I have only positives about the property. I will add a warning for those not familiar with Dubrovnik- the stairs to get to the property are no joke. Steep and no railings. That is the nature of staying in Old Town. That being said, if you are able to do stairs (pack light) the property is well worth the climb. I can’t imagine staying in a more beautiful, comfortable apartment. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing house! It's absolutely fantastic! Everything is new, extra clean, shiny and the house has a lot of daylight. The rooms were really nice with comfortable beds. We had everything we needed and an even more- pool, gym, summer kitchen and the Smart car for use for free! Also, we didn't need to worry about parking, as the house has its own garage. It's situated on top location in a small, quiet street so it was really peaceful. Our host was so kind and nice, he helped us with everything we needed. We will absolutely come again! Highly recommend!

We have stayed few days in Vizmeg house in Zaton, Dubrovnik. House is very spacious and very well equipped with everything needed for normal day to day life. House was also looked after and very clean. Irena was great host and made us feel really welcome and special during our entire stay there. Parking is secure and off the street. The beach access is marvelous and only couple of minutes short walk from the property. There is a bakery shop and grocery store couple of minutes from the house as well as a good selection of restaurants and eateries down by the see. Atmosphere is also very relaxing and safe there.
